Service Cancellations

  • Cancellations for digital services (such as IT support, consulting, or subscriptions) must be requested within 24 hours of purchase or booking.

  • Cancellations made after service or product access has been provided (i.e., download or first use) will not be accepted.

Refunds on Canceled Services

  • Refunds are available for services that are canceled within the 24-hour window before access or download has occurred. Once access is granted, we cannot process refunds.
