Service Cancellations
Cancellations for digital services (such as IT support, consulting, or subscriptions) must be requested within 24 hours of purchase or booking.
Cancellations made after service or product access has been provided (i.e., download or first use) will not be accepted.
Refunds on Canceled Services
Refunds are available for services that are canceled within the 24-hour window before access or download has occurred. Once access is granted, we cannot process refunds.
